Going from zero to one and finding product-market fit is really hard. There’s never enough resources, user feedback and studies are difficult to prioritize, and progress can be slow if there’s technical debt - and that’s before anything gets out the door. Once it’s time to launch, internal training and product marketing become major concerns, and teams can forget to measure the success of their new products.
Zero to one products and early stage startups are my specialty. My first product launch broke the record for highest-funded developer tool on Kickstarter. My second one was funded by Andreessen Horowitz and Sam Altman. Since then, my new products have driven millions in revenue and helped companies make the leap from seed to series funding.
